Refund & Return Policy – LuxeLengthsByLala

We take pride in offering high-quality hair extensions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is outlined below.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, any hair that has been worn, installed, dyed, bleached, or tampered with cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, clearance bundles, and customised orders cannot be returned or refunded.
